Fomina Y. Intellectualization of global economic development

Тhe rating of information potential of countries and regions of the world, as well as the place of Ukraine in it, is determined. The determinants of asymmetry of the process of intellectualization of global economic development are determined, including the level of modern technological development of the countries of the world, the extent of participation of countries in the export of high technology, the amount of financing of research and development, the intergovernmental gap in the scale, structure and dynamics of economic development of the countries, national differences in the provision of scientific personnel, etc. The results of the comparative assessment of the influence of innovative factors on the development of the national economy of Ukraine and some countries of the world in the process of global intellectualization with the help of the constructed system of correlation and regression models proved theoretical ideas about the key role of intellectual resources in the system of factors of economic growth of innovation type and a significant impact on research and innovative activity of budget allocations and actual financial support, without which it is impossible to develop the process of global intelligence tualizatsiyi at all levels. In order to achieve a qualitatively new level of development of intellectual resources through increasing the efficiency of research and innovation activities as the basis of sustainable economic development in Ukraine, the mechanism of effective use of intellectual resources based on the system of intellectual resources management using innovative information and computer technologies. The paper substantiates the strategic directions of the development of Ukraine's national intellectual potential and its organic integration into the global innovation process. It is proved that the necessary prerequisite for the integration of Ukraine's intellectual potential into the global innovation process is the achievement of a qualitatively new level of development of intellectual resources through increasing the efficiency of research and innovation activity as the basis of sustainable economic development of Ukraine.
