Mukha T. Functional and planning organization of agrarian recreational ecological settlements (on the example of Poltava region)

The dissertation analyzes the existing state of the theory and practice of organization of ecological settlements with agro-recreational function. Based on defined research methodology specified main factors influence the basic patterns of functional and planning organization observations. The structural-functional model of agro-recreational ecological settlement is developed and its components are studied on the basis of the system approach. Three types of agro-recreational ecological settlements (agro-industrial ecological settlement, recreational ecological settlement, agro-recreational ecological settlement) are revealed. Depending on the taxonomic structure of agro-recreational ecological settlements, the hierarchical levels of their functional planning organization are formed. With the help of the specified criterion of efficiency and the coefficient of ecological stability of the landscape, an algorithm for the methodology of forming agro-recreational ecosystems / their networks is developed, which allows to solve the problems of urban planning, taking into account both social and economic as well as environmental aspects, with a sufficient accuracy. The results of the study will allow us to use the obtained data in the practical design of new agro-ecological ecosystems and to improve existing city-planning solutions.
