Naumchuk I. Development of professional culture of the head of an out-of-school educational institution in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of development of professional culture of the head of an out-of-school educational institution in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education. In the dissertation work for the first time a model of development of professional culture of the head of an out-of-school educational institution and its implementation technology in postgraduate pedagogical education is presented and described. Theoretically substantiated model of development of professional culture of the head of an out-of-school educational institution in postgraduate pedagogical education contains a conceptual-purposeful, content-oriented, functional, evaluation-productive components. The conceptual-purposeful component includes the formulation of goals, tasks, definition of methodological approaches and principles of development of professional culture of the head of an out-of-school educational institution. The content component defines the levels of educational interaction, organizational and pedagogical conditions, types of education to ensure the development of professional culture of the head of an out-of-school educational institution, the content of the educational process. The functional component reflects the stages of the educational process, the forms of interaction, methods of teaching and technology development of professional culture of the head of an out-of-school educational institution in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The evaluative and productive component contains a description of the criteria, levels of formation of the professional culture of the head of an out-of-school educational institution, provides monitoring of the dynamics of its development in the conditions of the andragogical cycle.
