Essay

For the first time, a triblock model of formation of the professional preparedness to the managerial activity of the future rapid response service specialists of the Civil Protection Service in the process of interactive learning was worked out (goal-oriented, organizational-technological, efficiency blocks). The pedagogical conditions of formation of the professional preparedness to the managerial activity of the future rapid response service specialists of the Civil Protection Service in the process of interactive learning were theoretically justified and experimentally evaluated. The program of formation of the professional preparedness to the managerial activity of the future rapid response service specialists of the Civil Protection Service in the process of interactive learning was tried and tested (stimulating, quasi-professional, analytical stages). The essence of the notion «professional preparedness of the future rapid response service of the Civil Protection Service specialists to the managerial activity», structural components (motivational-axiological, cognitive-activity, emotional-volitional, reflexive-personal) and stages of formation (high, average, low) of the professional preparedness to the managerial activity of the future rapid response service specialists of the Civil Protection Service are specified. The efficiency of the staged experimental program of formation of the managerial activity preparedness of the future specialists of the rapid response service of the Civil Protection Service in the process of interactive learning is demonstrated through the comparison of results of the summative and formative assessment, defining positive dynamics of the development of the researched phenomenon by using methods of mathematical statistics.
