Pushkar O. Mixed form of guilt as a criminal law category

The dissertation work on the nature and content of the considered issues is one of the first monographic studies of a mixed form of guilt and the problems of its normative implementation in the criminal law of Ukraine. The dissertation conducted a study of the development of criminal legislation and the doctrine of criminal law on a mixed form of guilt, highlighted the foreign experience of establishing criminal responsibility for crimes with a mixed form of guilt, also reveals the methodology for studying a mixed form of guilt. A detailed description of the legal properties of a mixed form of guilt is provided, mixed guilt is studied in the context of individual institutions of the General Part of the Criminal Law of Ukraine. In addition, features of qualification of crimes with a mixed form of guilt on the grounds of subjective and objective aspects are disclosed. As a result of the study, a number of new scientific statements and conclusions have been formulated that correspond to the substantive features of the scientific novelty of the work.
