In the thesis a holistic scientific analysis of the problem of professional self-development of teachers of foreign languages in the scientific and methodological work of the college is carried out. It is determined that the professional self-development of teachers of foreign languages in scientific and methodological work of the college is a conscious self-cognitive activity of teachers of a foreign languages in scientific and methodological work of the college aimed at improving its own personality in accordance with the requirements of the profession and self-realization of oneself as a personality in that social field of activity that defines the profession. The organizational and pedagogical support of the process of professional self-development of teachers of foreign languages in scientific and methodological work of the college is developed. The purpose and objectives of developed organizational-pedagogical support obey to current qualification requirements of the professional abilities of teachers of foreign languages in college. Also, the methodological unit includes methodological approaches and principles. Goals and objectives of the process of professional development of teachers of foreign languages in the scientific and methodological work of the college are carried out in three consecutive stages: diagnostic and motivational, procedural-activity, reflexive-correction. It was established that providing of organizational and pedagogical support of professional self-development of teachers of foreign languages activates the cognitive and research components of professional self-development. It is noted that the socio-psychological climate, which has organizational and pedagogical support by the administration and other experts, promotes operatively-active and reflexive and evaluation components. In turn, the creation of pedagogical conditions that have the ability to receive support and recognition in society, reveals various aspects of the necessarily motivational component, the creative and innovative environment of the college extends to social and communicative.
