The dissertation solves a scientific problem, the essence of which is the contradiction between the need to clarify the peculiarities of implementation of information and communication technologies in institutions of higher education of the technical profile and a certain deficit of special studies that would allow to meet this need. The thesis confirms the key hypotheses concerning the peculiarities of the dissemination and application of e-learning technologies in the technical education institutions of higher education. In connection with this, it was firstly stated that among the student and pedagogical community the vast majority of respondents attributed the importance of e-learning and informational education technologies to the possibilities of cross-border mobility, and secondly, it was established and proved that intergenerational disagreements over the level The expediency of using e-learning technologies to receive education at various educational and qualification levels is conditioned by the dominance of focusing on traditional and electronic education models; thirdly It has been determined that the potentially highest effectiveness of learning using e-learning technologies is associated with the views of respondents with socio-humanitarian and technical segments of higher education.
