Essay

The object of the study is limited scleroderma. The aim is to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and complex treatment of patients with limited scleroderma on the basis of studying the microcirculatory skin parameters in the lesions, immunological and biochemical disorders. Methods: clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunological, statistical. In the dissertation on the basis of complex clinical research and analysis of causative factors of the limited scleroderma development, scientific data on the features of the clinical picture are supplemented, the changes of homeostasis, which are characteristic for the course of this disease, are supplemented. The possibility of evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of patients with various forms and stages of limited scleroderma by means of determining the activity of elastase in blood serum, collagenolytic activity and accumulation of glycosaminoglycans has been proved. Thermovisional evaluation of the stages of limited scleroderma was given for the first time. The possibility of diagnosing the progressive stage of the disease at the preclinical stage is proved. The method of complex treatment of patients with limited scleroderma is developed, which includes, along with the basic therapy, cytoflavin and thiotriazolin. The main thesises of the dissertation are introduced into the practical work of the MNE “Kharkiv City Skin and Venereal Dispensary No. 2” of the Kharkiv City Council, MNE “Kharkiv City Skin and Venereal Dispensary No. 1” of the Kharkiv City Council, MNE of the Kharkiv Regional Council “Regional Clinical Skin and Venereal Dispensary No. 1”, ME “Rivne Regional Skin and Venereal Dispensary” of the Rivne Regional Council, as well as in the educational process of the Department of Dermatovenereology and HIV/AIDS of the Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
