The thesis is devoted to the relevant problem of forming professional culture of future specialists in economic fields. The conducted research analyzes theoretical principles of the problem under study, reveals the essence and structure of professional culture of future specialists in economic fields, determines criteria, indicators, levels of formed professional culture in future specialists in economic fields. It also discloses the peculiarities of forming professional culture of future specialists in economic fields, specifies the essence of the main definitions (professional culture, professionalism, professional culture of an economist), clarifies the components (motivation and values, reflection and activity, gnoseological and cognitive aspects), criteria (value and orientations, operations and technologies, cognitive and reflexive aspects), indicators and levels of formed professional culture of future specialists in economic fields. Pedagogical conditions for forming professional culture of future specialists in economic fields have been theoretically justified and experimentally verified. The model for forming professional culture of future specialists in economic fields has been designed and realized.
