Germak O. Pedagogical conditions for the use of electronic educational resources in the training of future electricians

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of using electronic educational resources in the training of future electricians. For the first time, the following concepts have been analyzed: the use of electronic educational resources in the preparation of future electrical contractors, the structure has been determined and the criteria and indicators for assessing the levels of development, pedagogical conditions of the use of electronic educational resources have been determined. The training of future electricians has been substantiated and experimentally checked. In the dissertation research the following pedagogical conditions for the use of EOR in the training of future electricians are defined and theoretically substantiated: modeling of the application of electronic educational resources in the training of future electricians; motivating future electricians to use electronic educational resources in vocational training; the creation of an electronic educational resource for a professional subject "Electrical engineering with the basics of industrial electronics" taking into account the technology of future professional activities of electricians; the development of teaching and methodological support for teachers who train qualified workers in the profession "Electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment"; Systemic application of pedagogical conditions positively influences the quality of knowledge of future electricians, as well as the formation of professionally important qualities in them. E-learning resource on "Electrical engineering with the basics of industrial electronics" has been developed, educational programs for teachers on the use of electronic educational resources and methodical recommendations "Use of electronic educational resources in the study of future electricity", a collection of multi-level tests "Monitoring and evaluation of knowledge of future electricians" ; a methodical manual for teachers "Open lessons of professional training of skilled energy workers: a manual", creation of an author the site as an electronic educational resource "Informational and educational environment for the training of qualified energy engineers" (access mode: http: // www.germak.in.ua/). The model of application of electronic educational resources in the training of future electrician on the basis of system, sub Institutional-activity, competence and technological scientific approaches, which contains interconnected blocks (methodological-target, content-procedural, evaluative-productive). An author's technique of using electronic educational resources is developed, which combines the most rational methods and forms of organization of educational-cognitive activity with the use of electronic educational resources in a pedagogical experiment. Methodical recommendations on the use of electronic educational resources in the training of future electricians have been prepared and implemented in the educational process of vocational schools of Ukraine.
