Essay

The dissertation deals with the fundamental study of the problem of formation of professional mobility of future Bachelors of Nursing in vocational training. The state of the development of the problem of formation of professional mobility of future Bachelors of Nursing in psychological-pedagogical theory and in practice has been studied and analyzed. It has been established that during the study in medical institution professional mobility of future Bachelors of Nursing cannot be fully formed, such as manifests itself in the process of activity. The problem of formation of readiness to professional mobility is relevant in this context. Readiness to professional mobility of future Bachelors of Nursing has been considered as an integral quality of the individual that reflects: interest as a form of expression of a cognitive need that provides a direction on awareness of the goals of own activity; activeness as a source and driving force of personal potentials in realization of activity relation to nursing activities in the health care system; independence as personal quality, which is manifested in the ability to determine the purpose of the activity and to reach on their own; adaptability as the ability to accommodate to the changing conditions of nursing activities and the health care system; readiness to activity as concentration of forces, directed to a certain (necessary) moment for implementation of activities in different medical spheres; communicativeness as a personally-significant quality of students and ability to interaction (with patients, colleges, relatives of patients) for the formation of interpersonal relationships; creativeness as a personal ability to construction of new ideas for achieving the goal of nursing activity; reflection as ability to self-analysis of own activities. The meaning, essence and structure of readiness to professional mobility of future Bachelors of Nursing have been clarified; components, criteria, indicators and levels of its formation have been concretized. The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions (direction of the content of vocational training on the awareness of the ways of own professional self-realization; using methods of vocationally directed study in vocational training future Bachelors of Nursing; transformation of internship of future Bachelors of Nursing based on self-study and self-education technologies; orientation of educational process on the formation of individual, capable of self-determination, self-development and professional self-realization) and the developed structural-functional model of formation of professional mobility of future Bachelors of Nursing in vocational training have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested. The recommendations on methodical transformation of vocational training of future Bachelors of Nursing with the emphasis on methods of actualization of students’ life experience, forecasting, goal-setting and planning professional future; using methods of vocationally directed study; introduction of imitation technologies (simultaneous use of training, simulation and phantom studying in combination with techniques of humanitarian technologies (case-study, business game), technology of simulated patient) have been developed.
