The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological principles of the professional mobility formation of future foreign languages teachers in the educational environment of the University. Is stated that the process of the professional mobility formation of the future foreign languages teachers is connected with the professional education of the future foreign languages teachers, the process of which is carried out in the educational environment of the university. Are outlined the vectors of the influence of the educational environment on the process of professional mobility formation of future foreign languages teachers: methodological, axiological-semantic, communication and professional vector. It is stated that the influence of the educational environment of the university is a determinant in the process of professional mobility formation of students in the period of their professional education. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the results are based on theoretically grounded pedagogical conditions for the professional mobility formation of the future foreign languages teachers in the educational environment of the University (actualization and development of students' motivation to self-development; taking into account the peculiarities of the practical activity of the foreign language teacher and their transformational influences on various subjects of communication activity; strengthening interdisciplinary connections among educational disciplines). It is determined the structure of professional mobility of future foreign language teachers (personal, cognitive-communication, activity) Criteria (motivating, cognitive-communication, procedural) and indicators of professional mobility of future foreign language teachers are substantiated. The levels of professional mobility of future foreign language teachers (reproductive, basic, productive) of the professional mobility of future foreign language teachers have been defined and characterized. The term «professional mobility of the future teacher of a foreign language» is specified – it is a personality-professional quality that is formed in students in the process of immersion in the educational environment of the university, which is manifested in the ability of the future specialist to effectively apply the knowledge he has acquired for a sustainable personality and professional self; in the ability to make transformational influences on different subjects of communication and the willingness of the future foreign language teacher to adapt and respond quickly to changes in society by making complex innovative decisions. The author developed the course «Mobility as a Way to Success», diagnostic tools to identify the levels of professional mobility of future foreign language teachers. It is revealed that the most favorable factors for improving the process of professional mobility formation of future foreign languages teachers are adequate level of knowledge of a foreign language, high level of communication possibilities, motivation for achievement, psychological readiness to communicate with representatives of other cultures. Among other categories of studying the professional mobility of future foreign languages teachers, further development has been made in terms of optimizing the process of the professional mobility forming of the future foreign language teachers through the use of information resources that can be used in the e-learning system in accordance with the main professional tasks of future foreign language teachers.
