Tsimokh N. Transformation of television genres of Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to the conceptualization of the transformation features of the genres of Ukrainian television in the context of the evolutionary trends of world television art. The features of the transformation of the genre system of the Ukrainian television content of the 21th century and the new principles for the classification of existing genres, taking into account the complex functions of modern domestic television, are theoretically substantiated. In the thesis for the first time in Ukrainian art criticism, the features of the transformation of Ukrainian television genres in the context of modern evolutionary tendencies of world television art are examined and analyzed and the genre system of modern Ukrainian television content is theoretically justified, as well as new principles for the classification of existing genres, taking into account the complex functions of contemporary domestic television.
