Lurye D. Civil law regulation of clinical trials conducting

The dissertation research is devoted to civil law regulation of clinical trials (researches) conducting, during which there have been established the influence of the newest medicinal products and medical devices on the trial subject`s body, the presence of adverse reactions, there have been proved their safety and efficacy in both contractual and non-contractual sphere. On the basis of the research conducted, scientifically grounded conclusions and recommendations have been developed, primarily aimed at improving the Ukrainian clinical trials legislation, that allow to overcome existing conflicts and gaps of regulation in this area, as well as to ensure the implementation of modern international standards.
