Sharanych R. Investigation of crimes in the bank lending sphere.

The dissertation deals with the complex research of legal, theoretical and organizational-tactical principles of forensic support of investigation of crimes in the bank lending sphere in view of normative provisions of the current criminal procedural legislation. The system of credit operations is characterized and the signs of crimes in the bank lending sphere are examined. On the basis of the analysis of scientific sources, questionnaires of employees of the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, the study of forensic practice, the structure of forensic characteristics was developed, in particular the subject of criminal assault was outlined and the ways, the situation, the trace picture and the typology of the persons committing such crimes were revealed. The problematic aspects of detection and initiation of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings on bank lending have been investigated. Typical investigative situations and main areas of investigation are identified. The features of tactical and forensic support of investigative (search) actions and cover investigative (search) actions during investigation of bank lending crimes are highlighted; the forms of use of special knowledge under such conditions are analyzed.
