Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of scientific and theoretical bases of research of ecological factors of development of global economic system and substantiation of ecological and economic model of development of economy of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of the current state and tendencies of development of processes of greening and globalization it is proved that the scale of environmental problems in the modern world have a global character and significantly affect the sustainable economic development of all countries of the world. On the basis of correlation-regression analysis, a methodology for estimating the degree of environmental impact on GDP growth in OECD countries and Ukraine is proposed. The paper proposes an improved methodology for determining the priority directions of development of the process of greening the global economic space, which includes defining a general vision of its development, forming a system of strategic goals and determining priority directions for the development of greening. Building on the innovative potential of the countries of the world with the help of the tool of cognitive modeling, an ecological and economic model of the global economy is proposed, based on the interconnection of such groups of indicators of ecological growth, such as ecological and resource productivity, base of natural assets, ecological dimension of quality of life, economic opportunities and responses to environmental policy, average GDP growth. A cognitive ecological and economic model of the Ukrainian economy has been developed for four scenarios of ecological and economic growth. Based on the analysis of the impulse trends of eco-innovation under these scenarios, it is concluded that innovations aimed at preserving and restoring natural resources, improving the quality of life and the administrative levers of regulating the ecological sphere should be gradually introduced.
