Essay

It is found out that skills of artistic-creative self-organization of the musical art teacher should be considered as a complex of professional-personal actions based on knowledge, specificity of artistic-creative activity, which are manifested through self-regulation and allow to carry out professional activity effectively. The multi-component structure of skills of artistic-creative self-organization of the musical art teacher is theoretically grounded, in which the motivational-target, reflexive and personal component unis are singled out. The methodological basis for forming the skills of artistic-creative self-organization of the musical art teacher by means of vocal art is modeled as a system built on the approaches that are leading in the field of artistic education – sociocultural, subjective and technological. The system covers the principles ; pedagogical conditions. Three stages of the process of forming future musical art teachers’ artistic-creative self-organization skills are outlined.
