Essay

Object – features of the clinical course and surgical treatment of postoperative purulent-septic complications in emergency abdominal pathology in children; goal – development of theoretical aspects and organizational and methodological provisions to improve the results of treatment of postoperative purulent-septic complications in emergency abdominal pathology in children by early prediction and prevention of their development and the rational use of antibacterial drugs; results – based on the results of the analysis of clinical, clinical, physiological, functional and metabolic parameters of postoperative purulent-septic complications in emergency abdominal pathology in children, the scientific data on the complex of prognostic signs of their development have been refined and substantially supplemented; for the first time, based on the determination of the diagnostic value of 16 prognostic signs, an algorithm of preoperative and postoperative analysis of the occurrence of postoperative purulent-septic complications in children with emergency abdominal pathology was created and scientifically substantiated; or the first time, a method for predicting the development of postoperative purulent-septic complications in children operated on for emergency abdominal pathology was created; a dressing has been developed for the prevention of postoperative purulent-septic complications of a postoperative wound in case of emergency abdominal pathology in children, which has antibacterial properties and the ability not to dry to the surface of a postoperative wound; a method for the prevention of postoperative purulent-septic complications of a postoperative wound in case of emergency abdominal pathology in children was developed and introduced, which consists in applying a bandage impregnated with silver nanoparticles and a broad-spectrum antibiotic locally in the wound area, which allows to reduce the average duration of wound healing, reduce treatment costs and duration of hospital stay; branch – medicine.
