Essay

Object – lymphadenitis of bacterial etiology of peripheral localization in children; goal – improving the results of diagnosis and treatment of bacterial lymphadenitis in children by improving them, taking into account the stage and etiology of the inflammatory process; genera clinical and laboratory methods; instrumental, cytological, morphological, bacteriological, statistical; results – the study of the clinical and laboratory course of lymphadenitis in children of different age groups and depending on the etiological factor is supplemented; it was found that after three years the species composition of pathogens changes with the predominance of Enterococcus faecium and Enterococcus faecalis (11.8% and 29.4%) with a decrease in the frequency of S. aureus by half; ultrasound and pathomorphological changes in lymphadenitis are compared for the first time depending on the stage of the process and the nosological form of lymphadenitis; the ultrasound structure of lymphadenitis was first studied by shear wave elastography; the effectiveness of lymphotropic therapy by the method of antibiotic administration in bacterial lymphadenitis, especially at the stages of serous inflammation and in the initial destructive changes, is proved, and indications for their use are determined; based on the results of the study of pH-metry, cytograms of wound contents, an accelerated positive dynamics of the course of the wound process was established using tamponade tapes based on draining sorbents in comparison with standard methods of sanitizing purulent foci; the first time applied and proven the effectiveness of vacuum therapy in the postoperative period in the treatment of purulent lymphadenitis and adenophlegmon in children; branch – medicine.
