Roshcheniuk A. Preparation of future IT specialists for creative self-realization during the adaptation period

In the thesis a problem of preparation of future specialists in information technologies for creative self-realization in adaptation period, content and specifics of the process of training future IT professionals is substantiated. The expediency of application of a set of pedagogical conditions is emphasized: stimulation of motivation to study in institution of higher education; creation of favourable information and adaptive environment; informatization of basic training is implemented on the basis of systemic, competence and activity approaches; development of computer-oriented tasks for educational disciplines. Structural components of future IT specialists' readiness for creative self- realization in the adaptation period are determined: motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive. The motivational component is interpreted as one that involves future IT professionals in the author's "Program for Adaptation of Future IT Professionals". Experimental results emphasize the completeness of the preparation of the training of future IT professionals to self-actualization in the adaptation period, and also demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions and developed structurally-functional model
