Demianiuk V. Formation of valuable professional orientations of future accounting specialists in their professional training

The dissertation is devoted to the study of issues of improvement of professional training of future specialists in accounting in the colleges of economic direction. The formation of value professional orientation of future accounting specialists is being considered as one of the criteria for the effectiveness of achieving the general purpose of their professional training. The identified phenomenon has a complex multi-level structure and system organization and acts as a set of interaction and interpenetration components: value- motivational: knowledgeable target, emotional, active.In accordance to the selected components, the criteria which the formation of value professional orientations of future accounting specialists were evaluated by, are motivational-orientation, cognitive, communicative, functional. According to the purpose of the research, organizational and pedagogical conditions, which influence the formation of future professional specialists in accounting professional orientations the most effectively, were selected. They are using of historical and philosophical experience in the process of formation of professional orientations in future accounting specialists; substantive filling of professional subjects with value- professional content and providing of its support by means of objective diagnostics; optimization of curricular and extracurricular educational interaction of participants in the educational process. The tasks of the investigation were carried out by developing and implementing a structural and organizational model of formation in future specialists of accounting professional value orientations in professional training, which is a schematic representation of a set of interrelated elements and stages of the educational process aimed at the formation value orientation of future accountants .
