Object - physical rehabilitation of the injured after mine and explosive trauma of the lower extremities; aim - to substantiate the structure and content of the program of physical rehabilitation of the victims after the mine-explosive trauma of the lower extremities at the polyclinic stage of treatment; methods: - bibliosemantic, pedagogical (pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment); medical and pedagogical; functional diagnostics; medical and sociological; methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: a program of physical rehabilitation of the victims due to mine-explosive trauma of the lower extremities, which combine: therapeutic exercises, bath procedures of the modified Arab bath and the combination of techniques of classical and eastern massage, has been applied for the first time; кesults: a complex program of physical rehabilitation of the injured after mine-explosive trauma at the polyclinic stage containing therapeutic exercises in combination with eastern and classical massage with priority application of physiotherapy treatment (bath procedures) has been developed; the results of the study can be used in the rehabilitation departments of medical institutions of all levels of accreditation, polyclinics, at the stage of sanatorium-spa treatment and certified private centers of physical rehabilitation; the results of the study were introduced in the practical activities of the medical center "Dorra-center" in Baalbek, Lebanon; rehabilitation center "Spine smart clinic" in Beirut, Lebanon and the trauma department of "Regional clinic hospital-emergency and disaster medicine center", Kharkiv, into the educational process of Kharkiv state Academy of physical culture and Kharkiv state medical university; branch - physical education and sports.
