Essay

In order to study the phenomenology and mechanisms of development of psychological disadaptation in civil servants, and to develop on this basis a program of their psychological correction, during 2016-2018 years 159 civil servants were comprehensively surveyed. The study was conducted using socio-demographic, clinical-psychological, psychodiagnostic, statistical methods. According to the criterion for the presence of psychological disadaptation, the surveyed civil servants were divided into two groups: the main group consisted of 78 civil servants with manifestations of psychological disadaptation, the comparison group - 81 conditionally healthy civil servants. The study found that the main factor in the formation of states of psychological disadaptation is the lack of correspondence to the level of stress caused by the working environment of the civil servants, and their personality-adaptive resource base. The destructive effect of stress has the effect of reducing the level of motivation, the use of inefficient coping strategies and causing destructive changes in personality structure. These changes act as a trigger for the development of states of psychological disadaptation, which can develop according to the scenario of social-psychological disadaptation with a tendency to social isolation (60.0%) or clinical-psychological disadaptation with anxiety-depressive manifestations (40.0%). The program of psychocorrection of states of psychological disadaptation in civil servants has been developed, which takes into account both the common patterns of their development and the substantive differences of their manifestations, depending on the clinical and psychological variant. Evaluation of effectiveness, carried out through a comparative analysis of indicators of the psychological status of state employees of psychocorrectional and control groups, proved their effectiveness, against the targets of psychocorrectional influence.
