Essay

Object is: the process of professional training of future bachelors in higher educational establishments. The aim is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the model of formation of IT competence of future bachelors of education on the basis of differentiated approach. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that: for the first time a model of formation of IT competence of future bachelors of education on the basis of differentiated approach. The model: 1) is based on the general didactic principles of systemicity, scientificity, systematicity and consistency, activity and independence, use of cross-curricular relations, strength of knowledge and specificity of the principles of student-centeredness, humanization, positive motivation, cognitive visualization, digital learning environment, use of specialty oriented tasks. 2) provides for differentiation in content (general and specialized), forms (individual, paired, group; full-time, independent, remote), methods (reproductive, partially-search, heuristic, problematic, interactive, computer-oriented), means (software, hardware, technical, electronic educational resources) of training; 3) takes into account the vertical (in terms of complexity) and horizontal (in volume, pace, time, place, level of independence, profile) differentiation; 4) has the result of the generated IT competence of future bachelors of education; clarifies the essence of the concept of "IT competence of future bachelors of education" (a component of their professional competence and such an integral characteristic of personality traits, which combines special informative knowledge, skills and skills to use IT to solve professional tasks, values and aspirations for self-development and development of the subject of training in IT) and its structure (motivational, cognitive, technological and personal components); defined criteria (value, knowledge, activity and reflective), indicators (motivation to use IT, the amount of knowledge in IT, ability to use IT, reflection on IT), levels of IT competence of future bachelors of education (reproductive, partially-search and creative).
