In the dissertation the essence of such phenomenon as the universal code of cinematography and its influence on the system of international relations in its retrospective and modern variants is analyzed. The phenomenon is given the author's definition - the complex of information that is understood by the recipients, irrespective of their language skills, non-verbal communication tools, used most successfully in audiovisual media. The term atypical "boomerang" of international political communication has also been introduced - cases of uncontrolled communication without fully understanding the role of such and an amendment to national specifics. It is worth emphasizing the place of work in the information security system, its approximation to the growing awareness of the media awareness segment.
