The object of the research: individual experience of personality. The purpose of the research: to determine the organization of the personal component of individual experience. The methods: theoretical (literature analysis, systematization and generalization of data), empirical (psychodiagnostic method) and mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty – first defined: the self-concept as a generalization of ideas of personality about their own well-being as an integral-representative characteristic of the personal component of individual experience; components of the personal component of individual experience, namely: self-esteem, self-regulation, self-concept, values and meaningful life orientations; peculiarities of interconnection of components of personal experience with personal characteristics, namely: interconnection of self-esteem, self-regulation, self-concept, meaningful life orientations and values with openness of experience; profiles of the self-concept as a generalization of ideas of personality about their own well-being, namely: "conflict", "prosperous", "moderately prosperous" and "moderately negative". Practical value of research: a training program aimed at forming a positive image of "I" as a generalization of perceptions of a person about their own well-being was developed. Sphere of use: higher educational institutions, psychological services.
