Kozachenko H. The Development of Pedagogical Competence of the Teachers of Pharmaceutical Profile in the System of Scientific and Methodological Work in the College

The thesis deals with the topical issue of the development of pedagogical competence of the teachers of pharmaceutical profile. Based on the substantiation of methodological foundations, a categorical analysis of the basic concepts of the study has been done. The system of scientific and methodological work of the college has been characterized. The objectives, tasks, functions of this system, as well as the outlined approaches and principles of its functioning were formulated. The levels of its implementation (administrative, profile, individual) were defined. The structural components, criteria, indicators, and levels of the investigated competence are identified and analyzed. The author's model and step-by-step methodology of its implementation that ensure the effective process of pharmaceutical profile teacher’s pedagogical competence development was substantiated. Their effectiveness has been experimentally verified by means of events/activities/forms of formal, non-formal and informal education.
