Essay

The professional stereotypes of rescuers have a difficult structure and combine with behavioral, highly emotional and cognitive components. In rescuers’s professional activity a dominant role is played by the behavioural component of stereotypes, and the emotional constituent isn’t highly expressive. The increase of level of professional stereotypes leads to success rate decreases of the rescuers’s activity. Thus, substantial influence of stereotypes on effectiveness of SES workers takes place after forming of moderate level of his development. It is indicate, that at low level of development stereotypes have positive value in a rescuer’s professional activity, because they are provide high-rate, automatical actions, definiteness, exactness, unambiguity of reacting in difficult situations, when it is necessary immediately to create decision. In typical stress situations a rescuer operates through a presence in consciousness of stereotypes - the formed clear automatic standard charts of behavior, emotional reacting and thinking models. The results of our study gave an opportunity to work out the program of the sociopsychological training of perfection of constituents of the rescuers’s professional consciousness. The quantitative and quality analysis of the psychocorrection’s results reliably brought efficiency of the our worked out program.
