Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodological positions and scientific and practical recommendations on the development of corporate forms of international information business. The conducted research of theoretical and practical aspects of international economic operations has made it possible to define international business as entrepreneurship, which involves business transactions with several partners outside the country in order to gain more profit or to provide social effect at the expense of competitive opportunities and advantages, where business is an initiative economic activity, which is carried out at the expense of own, involved or borrowed funds for the purpose of profit and further development of business. Forms of conducting international business have been generalized, including export, joint venture, foreign direct investment. It is determined that the most important directions of using information in economic activity is the development of information production, in which the source resource is information knowledge that is used for the effective functioning of firms and increasing their competitiveness. In the international information business, the following corporate forms of industrial integration emerge: strategic alliances, associations, holdings, consortia, concerns, corporations and financial and industrial groups. It has been revealed that the factors that cause the development of forms of international information business are liberalization of foreign economic policy of the countries all over the world, by reducing tariff and non-tariff barriers in trade in goods and services, formation of multinational enterprises and banks, which as a result of introduction of information and computer technologies concentrate production, commercial, scientific and technical and financial resources, continuous scientific and technical development through the introduction of innovations in the enterprise communication system, cheaper communication and logistics. The concept of the national information system in terms of implementation of national open source software and the use of one operating system used by the vast majority of citizens of the country, private companies and public institutions have been developed.
