In the research work, the role and importance of informatization of educational institutions and the educational process is considered - the creation, implementation and development of a computer-oriented educational environment based on information systems, networks, resources and technologies built on the basis of information and communication technologies. The goals and content of the training of the future teacher of the fine art of designing, the forms, methods and means of his training using information and communication technologies are determined. A terminological clarification of the concept of “design using information and communication technologies” has been carried out, which is interpreted as a targeted preliminary definition of the activities of its subjects in the form of a pedagogical project aimed at realizing pedagogical goals and training tasks for future art teachers based on pedagogical technologies, in which achieved by using the capabilities of audiovisual, computer technology and programs security. Through experimental testing, the effectiveness of the developed methodology for teaching future teachers of fine art design using information and communication technologies was confirmed.
