Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the relevant issue decision of future speech therapists’ humanistic pedagogical position forming. On the basis of study of home and foreign philosophical, psychological, pedagogical literature phenomenological principles of future speech therapists’ professional competence forming are analyzed, provided with the university education, essence of basic concepts of the investigated problem is exposed. Theory of key definition is reasonably and maintenance certain "humanistic pedagogical position", the structural components are distinguished (cognitive, emotionally-valued, reflexive-behavioral) with the aim of improvement of future speech therapists’ education. It was reasonable to work out with the aim of diagnostics of future speech therapists’ humanistic pedagogical position forming, criteria (general acknowledgement in humanistic pedagogical position; capacity to confess meaningfulness, experiencing of GPP; and set humanistic orientation of sociocultural behavior) and certain (with corresponding indexes) factors that influence on its forming in the process of preparation of future speech therapists. The scientifically reasonable structural-functional model of future speech therapists’ humanistic pedagogical position forming is created, that is based on functions (to the world view, motivational, professional, to socialization, self-definition, reflexive, action-converting, mobilizational, regulative, self-presentational); leans against the principles of humanizing and humanitarization, axiologisation, to unite consciousness and activity, subject, system; envisages taking into account the organizationally-pedagogical terms, finds the practical embodiment in the semantic and methodical providing that gave an opportunity to provide conceptual basis for the positive dynamics of incipience. Methodology of forming of GPP of future speech therapists is worked out with support on the structural-functional model of GPP forming. Pedagogical terms are selected as the leading vectors of experimental studies’ organization: orientation in educational process on forming of GPP as leading quality of future speech therapists; actualization of valued-semantic basis of future speech therapists’ professional culture ; plugging of students into the practically orientated activity that develops future professional activity, setting in the reflexive method of passing the vital functions. The results of dissertation research confirm that determinations of organizationally-pedagogical terms, development and introduction of methodology of future speech therapists’ humanistic pedagogical position forming are effective and pedagogical.
