Essay

In the dissertation, for the first time on the basis of a comprehensive scientific analysis of the educational process in modern medical universities, the effectiveness of the methodology for teaching the physical and technical foundations of radiation diagnostics using network technologies was developed and experimentally verified. The conceptual foundations of the creation, integrated into the digital global space, of the educational environment of the Department of Radiology are justified, a personified hybrid educational environment based on Nextcloud cloud service has been designed; substantiated the methodology of using its components to increase the effectiveness of the educational process in radiology. A structural-substantive model of the formation of subject competencies in radiology is developed, the role and place of its components, the functional relationships between them are established, the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the implementation by means of network forms of educational organization are described; the features of structuring educational content according to the basics of radiation diagnostics with the widespread use of network learning technologies with the identification of an invariant core, content and variable shell are identified; from the standpoint of the integrity and continuity of training, basic content lines have been established that form the cognitive basis of special competencies in the physical and technical foundations of radiation diagnostics; developed and justified criteria for assessing the levels of formation of interrelated components of subject competencies in radiology. The effectiveness of the developed methodology of teaching the physico-technical basics of diagnostic radiology using network technologies was tested experimentally. The main results of the study were implemented in the educational process of future doctors' professional training.
