Medvid Y. Forming the future reserve officers’ readiness for military and combat service in the process of professional training

Thesis for Pedagogical Sciences Candidate Degree in Speciality 13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Professional Education. – Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university, Hlukhiv, 2019. The theoretical substantiation and practical realization of the important scientific task concerning forming the future reserve officers readiness for military and combat service in the process of professional training is carried out in the thesis. The context of developing the problem of future specialists’ defined quality forming in pedagogical theory and practice is investigated. The essence and structure of future reserve officers’ readiness for military and combat service were specified; the criteria, indicators and levels of its forming were determined. The content-functional model of forming the future reserve officers’ readiness for military and combat service in the process of professional training has been developed. It consists of the following blocks: methodological-purpose, organizational-content and result-evaluative. The cyclic mechanism of realizing pedagogical conditions of forming the future reserve officers’ readiness for military and combat service in the process of professional training is further developed. The pedagogical conditions of forming the future reserve officers’ readiness for military and combat service in the process of professional training are theoretically grounded and experimentally tested.
