Essay

Complex medical and social research has proved the imperfection of the current state of the organization of preventing the spread of infections transmitted by parenteral route among teenagers, that stipulated the necessity of scientific ground of his improvement, became base basis of that; taking into account of regional features of morbidity on parenteral viral hepatitis in planning of the regional programs, input of complex inter-branch approach with determination of volumes of prophylactic diagnostic inspections, stage of grant Medicare with combination of prophylactic, diagnostic and informatively-elucidative influence, introduction of that assists warning of distribution of infection a parenteral way, beginning from early juvenile. Dissertation has proved the theoretical generalization and ways of decision of actual research and practice task are driven from a ground, development and introduction of the improved model of warning of distribution of parenteral viral hepatitis among teenagers at regional level with the well-proven medical, social and economic efficiency. The introduction of the developed organizational approaches involves the formation of a high level of availability of preventive surveys for the integrated solution of the health care problem in the provision of primary health care on the basis of a comprehensive interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary integration of health care institutions, education, culture, youth and sports, in accordance with current inquiries and needs of adolescents with a triad combining advisory, diagnostic and informational and educational influence. The proposed innovations are positively evaluated by experts and do not foresee significant structural and organizational changes, additional budget financing that allows them to be used in other regions of Ukraine.
