Oros M. The right of the people to resistance: constitutional research

The dissertation is one of the first comprehensive scientific research in Ukraine in which the right of the people to resistance is revealed as an opportunity to protect not only human and civil rights and freedoms, but also public interests, sovereignty, territorial integrity, economic welfare of the state and the constitutional system as a whole. The essence of the people's rights to resistance, the requirements for its implementation, the basic conditions for its application, the criteria for the legitimacy of its implementation, the forms of its implementation, the place among other constitutional rights and freedoms, and a comparative analysis between the right to self-defense and the right to resistance during which disclosed their similarities and differences.
