Demianenko O. Civil society as a factor in the political modernization.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the influence of civil society to political modernization. The research systematized the scientific works of leading scientists devoted to the study of the concept and content of both the third sector and the modernization of the political system. On this basis the author developed definitions for these two socio-political phenomena. The main aspects of mutual influence of civil society and political modernization are revealed. The specifics of the correlation of civil society and political modernization in the context of globalization changes is revealed. The content of public discourse as an instrument of civil society in the process of political modernization is described, and the significance of civil society in the evolution of social partnership as one of the expressive results of political modernization is proved.
