The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical and methodological principles of research of the financial instruments impact on the international business development in the global economic system and development of the mechanism of financial instruments attraction for international business activity assistance of Ukraine. This dissertation investigates the scientific basis and genesis of international business development in the global economic area; systematizes the conceptual bases of financial instruments formation in the world economic system; generalizes the methodological approaches of the financial instruments impact research on the international business development in the context of globalization. In the course of the research, a cluster analysis of the world countries on the level of doing business in the global economic system is carried out; the asymmetry of international business development in the global economic area is analyzed, with the identification of key factors influencing its development in the context of financial globalization; peculiarities of the financial instruments usage and the effectiveness of their impact on the development of international business in the world economy are investigated. According to the research results, the directions of the financial instruments further usage in the international business activity of Ukraine in the global economic system are substantiated; the mechanism of financial instruments attraction for international business activity assistance of Ukraine in the context of globalization has been developed.
