The dissertation is devoted to the sociological study of structural, content and functional features of organizational culture in the conditions of transitive Ukrainian society from the standpoint of application of the sectoral approach (on the example of Zaporizhzhya region). Organizational culture is a social phenomenon peculiar to various organizations. Moral-ethical, value-normative basis of organizational culture of the organization is formed under the influence of the value system of society, so acceptable social models of organizational and managerial relations are reflected in the organizational culture of different organizations operating in all sectors of the economic system of society (public, private (commercial) non-profit (public)). The structural components of organizational culture that characterize the culture of an organization, shape and condition its transformation in accordance with globalization challenges are defined, namely: social components, value-normative components, components of managerial relations (organizational and managerial).
