Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of preparation of future teachers of physical culture for individual work with students in the conditions of inclusion. The contents of the basic concepts are specified: preparation, readiness, inclusion, individual work. Future physical education teacher's willingness to work individually with pupils in inclusion is defined as a personal-professional construct, reflecting the desire of the physical education teacher to design models and algorithms of a barrier-free educational environment, ability to plan and model, develop and implement, coordinate and vary, control and verify different types of individual work with pupils in inclusion. The components of future physical culture teachers' readiness to work individually with students in the conditions of inclusion (orientation, technological, professional, individual), criteria (information, instrumental, ideological, projection) with relevant indicators (by information criterion: students' awareness of the types of inclusion, awareness of students with the types of individual work; by instrumental criterion: prognostic skills, special skills; on the outlook criterion: health-saving professional position, facilitation professional position; by orientation criterion: pedagogical empathy, pedagogical tolerance); levels of readiness of future physical education teachers to work individually with pupils in the conditions of inclusion (optimal (high), basic (satisfactory), elementary (low) have been determined. Pedagogical conditions has been scientifically substantiated that provide training for future physical education teachers to work individually with students under inclusion conditions: inclusive orientation of the content of professional and professionally oriented disciplines in physical culture; focusing students on the health-saving segment of working individually with pupils in inclusion; involvement of future physical education teachers in the development of variant models of individual work with pupils in conditions of inclusion. The model and methodology of preparation of future physical education teachers for individual work with pupils in the conditions of inclusion have been developed (theoretical-interpretative, functional-realization, design-creative stages). The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and the model of preparation of future physical culture teachers for individual work with students in the conditions of inclusion were tested by comparing the results of diagnostic sections at the initial and final stages of the experiment.
