Kovalenko Y. Construction of competitive compositions in rhythmic gymnastics on the basis of improvement of sensorimotor coordination

The dissertation is dedicated to the competitive compositions staging in rhythmic gymnastics based on improvement of sensorimotor coordination of female gymnasts at the stage of specialized basic preparation – development of the experimental program of exercises and demonstration the step-by-step algorithm for its implementation in the training and sport process. Through the use of experimental program resources, the competitive compositions staging based on improvement of sensorimotor coordination and revelation of the spaciotemporal structure of movements, the tasks of basic neuromuscular system and special technique training, formation of personal qualities of athletes in the process of performing competitive compositions are solved. The Results of research are in accordance with the current Rules of Competition (Code FIG, 2017–2020), that include requirements for the competitive compositions of female gymnasts. In a pedagogical experiment, artistry, stable performance of competitive compositions to music with optimal demonstration of coordination movements, flexibility, leaps, balances, vestibular stability, technical mastery of the apparatus, agility, orientation to time and place, demonstration of most difficult elements in high technical level were achieved. It is concluded that the improvement of sensorimotor coordination is the basis for the competitive compositions staging.
