1.Object of the study: process of forming of the socialoriented economy in transitive societies. Objective: exposure and opening of maintenance of features of forming of the socialoriented economy in transitive societies. Methods: comparative analysis, system- structural analysis; tools of behaviour economy; statistical analysis; matrix approach; a graphic method. Theoretical and practical results, scientific novelty: it is improved: understanding of optimal directions of forming of the socialoriented economy in the conditions of postsosialist societies, methodology of research of social capital due to systematization of his constituents and levels of display of his consequences; got further development: determination of reasons of blocking of market reforms in postsosialist societies, interpretation of risks of forming of the socialoriented economy in postsosialistsocieties, understanding of conceptual principles of the socialoriented economy in the different types of society, presentation in relation to the actual trends of the European social policy of standardization and institutionalisation of working guarantees, as a base of providing of social defence of other categories of citizens. Practical value: substantive provisions and conclusions of dissertation can be used for development of public policy in relation to development and realization of national model of the socialoriented economy taking into account поведінкового approach; for the ground of measures in relation to realization of modern trends of social defence, development of social capital and overcoming of him negative consequences. .
