Essay

The results of investigations of the mechanisms of influence of hydrogen sulfide under the conditions of ionizing radiation on heart rate variability, fatty acid composition of phospholipids and total lipids and activity of energy metabolism enzymes in myocardium and liver are presented. The phase nature of changes in heart rate variability parameters at different times after administration of NaHS at a dose of 7.4 mg / kg was established. The positive effect of the H2S donor is the activation of different parts of the regulatory systems with the predominant mobilization of the parasympathetic nervous system, changes in the composition of the fatty acid composition of phospholipids and total lipids, which is manifested in increasing the content of ω-3 and reducing the level of ω-6 polyunsaturated. Pre-exposure to radiation of NaHS reduces the stress of regulatory processes induced by ionizing radiation, increases the power of recovery processes, optimizes organ-specific pathways of energy in the myocardium and liver.
