Essay

In the research it has been specified that future lecturer-pedagogue’s professional socialization – is mastering social and professional experience in conditions of purposeful, specialized organization, that manifests itself as a combination of all 20 educational influences. Future lecturer-pedagogue’s professional socialization in the educational environment of establishment of higher education has been considered through the interrelation of their professional expectations, professional activity and professional achievements. The criteria have been determined, the indices of manifestation and the levels of actualization of future lecturer-pedagogue’s professional socialization have been distinguished. Pedagogical conditions of activation of future lecturer-pedagogue’s professional socialization: development of students’ self-government, formation of professional position and activization of problem-research activity have been theoretically substantiated. Logics, stages and methodic of the pedagogical experiment of involving future pedagogues to different kinds of activity aimed at activization of their professional socialization have been disclosed, the choice of diagnostic apparatus of experimental research has been substantiated. The results of the experimental verification that proved the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions of activization of future lecturer-pedagogue’s professional socialization have been presented.
