Alekseev S. The use of the rules of international law in the commercial judiciary of Ukraine: issues of theory and practice

In the dissertation the complex analysis of theoretical and practical questions of application of norms of the international law in the economic judiciary of Ukraine is carried out. For the first time in the Ukrainian legal science, on the basis of modern theoretical, methodological and regulatory approaches, the scientific concept of understanding the application of the rules of international law in the economic judiciary of Ukraine in its theoretical and practical dimension has been proposed. The paper consistently outlines the theoretical and methodological approaches used by the economic courts of Ukraine in the application of customary and treaty rules of general international law in the process of organization and administration of justice.
