Essay

Object: the process of professional preparation of future bachelors in physical therapy, ergo therapy. The aim is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the model of development of self-educational competence of future bachelors in physical therapy, ergo therapy in the professional preparation. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance is in the fact that: for the first time the model of development of self-educational competence of future bachelors in physical therapy, ergo therapy in the process of professional preparation is theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested. This model is based on systemic, competence, praxeological, activity, project, synergetic and personality-oriented approaches and general didactic and specific principles of teaching, describes methods (web-quests, project, study tour, drawing up intellectual maps), forms (lecture, laboratory, debates, conferences, round tables, seminars, business games, trainings, internships) and means (open educational resources, specialized software); diagnostic tools are defined: motivational-volitional criterion (indicators: value orientations and readiness for self-development), cognitive-activity criterion (indicators: reproduction and use of knowledge on physical therapy, ergo therapy and ability to perform self-educational activity) and behavioral criterion (quality) and levels of development of self-educational competence of future bachelors in physical therapy, ergo therapy in the process of professional preparation (spontaneous, conscious, systemic); pedagogical conditions for the development of self-educational competence of future bachelors in physical therapy, ergo therapy in the process of professional preparation (mastering by future physical therapists, ergotherapists time management techniques, reflective techniques and techniques of working with information; dissemination of specialized educational resources; occupational therapists in the process of training; development of individual training programs); the essence of the concepts "self-educational competence of future bachelors in physical therapy, ergo therapy" and "development of self-educational competence of future bachelors in physical therapy, ergo therapy" are specified.
