The thesis presents a new solution to the problem of formation of future bachelor’s degree recepients in theology for communicative interaction in professional activity. It is stated that in the conditions of formation of the new Ukrainian system of education, oriented towards entering into the world educational space, we are searching for the ways that allow us to preserve the spiritual-moral and cultural-historical traditions of education and the education of future theologians as specialists, capable of finding and assimilating new knowledge with the ability to generate new ideas and initiatives, to bring them into life in order to make society aware of the importance of eternal values, to clearly formulate the meaning of life on the Earth, to acquire a solid basis for fulfillment of daily human activity. The motivational and target component of the future bachelor's degree recepients in theology for communicative interaction in professional activity is outlined as a clearly formed system of moral and value attitude to the chosen profession. It is defined in the awareness of the importance of communicative engagement for the professional fulfillment of professional responsibilities; internal spiritual motivation; the need for preaching to awaken faith; the need to achieve high performance in future professional activity; persistence in finding effective ways to solve professional problems; the need for continuous improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for communicative interaction in professional activities. The cognitive-operational component of future bachelor's degrees recepients in theology for communicative engagement in professional activity is defined as the set of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to successfully complete professional duties in standard and unpredictable situations. The personality-reflexive component of the willingness of future bachelors degree recepients in theology for communicative interaction in professional activity is characterized with the ability to use theological knowledge in the process of continuous own spiritual and moral development; responsive, attentive, caring attitude to a person as to the image and likeness of the God; the implementation of the God's twofold commandment of love; skills of self-observation, introspection, self-assessment, self-control, self-correction; aspiration for self-development, self-realization, use of creative potential; the ability to demonstrate beliefs while maintaining respect and love for a person who has the opposite views; readiness for ongoing «feedback».
