The dissertation offers a number of theoretical and practical recommendations on the interaction of investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine with law enforcement agencies of other states during the investigation of crimes in the field of banking, taking into account the current state of law and law enforcement, theoretical provisions of criminalistics, criminal procedure, criminal law, and criminology. In particular: the concepts and legal basis of interaction of investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine with law enforcement agencies of other states, forensic characteristics of these crimes, characteristics of forms of interaction to identify and search for a person, who committed a criminal offense, and ways to improve the legal, organizational and information-analytical basis for the collection of evidence by the prosecution in the framework of international cooperation.
