Essay

The dissertation is devoted to finding out the features of violations of the prooxidant and antioxidant systems, immune homeostasis, the state of endogenous intoxication in the lungs, periodontal tissues and in the blood during experimental bronchial asthma separately and in the conditions of the formation of periodontitis before and after the application of thiotriazolin. The violation of metabolic and immune processes, manifested by the activation of the prooxidant system (the content of diene conjugates and malonic dialdehyde), the level of circulating immune complexes and B-lymphocytes, endogenous intoxication with the suppression of the antioxidant system – the activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase, the level of ceruloplasmin and the content of T -lymphocytes in the blood, lungs and tissues of periodontal disease, especially in the 18th and 25th days of development of bronchial asthma and periodontitis. The antioxidant and immunocorrection effect of thiotriazolin on the metabolic and immune processes in the conditions of the formation of combined pathology – bronchial asthma and experimental periodontitis has been proved.
