The dissertation describes the state of scientific development of problems of application of the simplified procedure for extradition of persons from Ukraine, investigates the set of knowledge acquired by representatives of different countries of the world in the course of practical implementation of the simplified procedure for extradition of persons. national legislation in the field of simplified extradition. The content, the main defining provisions, which are determined by the development trends and deep links of the simplified order of extradition, extradition and other forms of international interaction are formulated. The procedural procedure for applying the simplified procedure for extradition of persons from Ukraine is explained. The peculiarities of the application of the special rule on the limits of criminal liability in applying the simplified procedure for extradition of a person from Ukraine are singled out. Judicial control in the application of the simplified procedure for extradition of persons from Ukraine is characterized. Circumstances preventing the application of the simplified extradition order of the person who gave the consent to the simplified extradition procedure are separated. Circumstances that exclude the application of the simplified issuance order of the person who has consented to the simplified issuance procedure are indicated. Proposals were formulated and recommendations were made on improving the provisions of criminal procedural legislation in the part of the simplified procedure for extradition of persons from Ukraine.
