Essay

The object of the study is a professional training of teachers of the primary school in higher educational institutions; the research purpose is theoretically substantiat, develop and experimentally test the model of preparation of future primary school teachers for organization of interactive educational interaction of students; the research methods used in the study are: an analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, synthesis, generalization, comparison, abstraction, concretization, modeling, questionnaire, conversation, testing, pedagogical experiment, statistic methods; the novelty is in that: theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally tested model of preparing of future primary school teachers for organization of interactive educational interaction of students, which consists of methodological, operational-content and control-evaluation blocks, is implemented under of pedagogical conditions (the creation of a student-centered environment in the process of preparation of future primary school teachers for organization of interactive educational interaction of students; the focus of the teacher's activity on the practical-oriented nature of preparing students for organization of interactive educational interaction of students; involvement of applicants for higher education in reflexive activity during their preparation for organization of interactive educational interaction of younger students), the result of which is the readiness of future primary school teachers for organization of interactive educational interaction of students; the essence of the concept of «preparation of future primary school teachers for organization of interactive educational interaction of students» is defined; the concept of «readiness of future primary school teachers for organization of interactive educational interaction of students» is clarified; the content (didactic and methodological components) of preparing of future primary school teachers for organization of interactive educational interaction of students has been improved; the ideas for introducing personally oriented, activity and competence approaches in the professional training of future primary school teachers have been further developed; as well as scientific provisions of the practical-oriented preparation of students for organization of interactive educational interaction of students in the context of the implementation of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School.
